This website is operated by Copperstate Classic Cars LLC, together with Copperstate Classic Cars of Tucson LLC and Copperstate Auto Body and Paint LLC (together, "Copperstate", "we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Using this website
The information on this website is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but services, hours, prices and other details can change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding commitment to perform work.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to send false or misleading information, or to interfere with how the website works.
3. Estimate requests and online forms
Sending a request through this website does not create a contract between you and us, and does not reserve a place in our shops.
Any estimate, price range or timeline we give before inspecting your vehicle is an approximation only. Classic cars often reveal additional needs once work begins, so final pricing and timing are confirmed after inspection.
Work on your vehicle starts only after you approve it, and is governed by the written estimate, work order or agreement you sign or accept with us. If anything in those documents differs from these terms, those documents apply to the work on your vehicle.
4. Information and photos you send us
When you send us information or photos, you confirm that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. We use them to answer your request and to plan the work, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We only show your vehicle in our Shop Tour, gallery or social media with your permission.
5. Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from Copperstate Classic Cars, we may send you messages about your request, your vehicle, appointments and, if you opted in to them, occasional updates and offers about our services.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (602) 229-5000.
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your phone number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.
6. Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Copperstate or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or distribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
8. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copperstate is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. This does not limit any rights you have under the agreement for work on your vehicle, or any rights that cannot be limited by law.
