1965 Chrysler 300L 2DRHT

This rare and incredible nice 1965 Chrysler 300L was a one owner car until 1984 when the second owner bought it, with 39.000 miles on it.

And in 2010 the third owner bought the car and gave it to a restoration shop to be restored. It then had a little less than 69.000 miles on it and today it has just over 69.000 miles on the odometer.

He paid $20.000 when buying the Chrysler, the paint job itself cost another over $19.000, that was 11 years ago and that included media blasting the body down to bare metal. No rust was found anywhere.

The paint job is beautiful!!

The Chrysler has almost all options you could buy in 1965:

PS, PB, PW, P-vent windows, P-seat on both sides, P-antenna, P-trunk opening, Remote mirror on the left side, tilt steering wheel, tinted glass, rear defroster, leather interior etc.  

The original 413 is rebuilt, the transmission was rebuilt, the rear differential was rebuilt, most of the chrome was rechromed and the stainless trim was professionally polished.

The brakes and front end were rebuilt. New dual exhaust.

New 17” Chrysler reproduction Ralley wheels with new redline tires was installed.

New 2x4 bbl aluminum intake and carburetors were installed.

The radiator was recored. New fuel pump, water pump, starter, battery, headlight switch, ignition switch and many more pieces.

All new rubber weatherstripping.

Lots more work was done and the car is now for sale.

Between $55.000 and $60.000 has been spent and the Chrysler has only been driven around 500 miles since then.

This is probably one on the best 1965 Chrysler 300L 2drht in existence.
